Josef has 12 years of experience in the areas of prospect research, moves management and analytics. During this time, he has written hundreds of profiles and briefing documents on high net worth prospects, screened and analyzed capacity for thousands of constituents, and supported major giving and planned giving fundraisers in developing and managing portfolios. Currently, he is a Director of Prospect Management and Analytics at Santa Clara University. Josef has a doctorate in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a background in qualitative and statistical research methods. 

 

Josef has consulted for nonprofits in the areas of immigrant justice, environmental conservation and social services. He has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations. He currently serves as a board member of Somos El Poder!, an institute focused on empowering Latinx nonprofits to scale their individual giving programs.
